How It Works
STEP 1: Consultation
The first step to our process you will go through our free consultation, this will consist of gathering information from you in regards to your credit history, your goals, and assistance you would like to obtain from KPI Credit Service. Once it’s determined that you meet our program’s qualifications and we meet yours, you can then proceed to sign up for our service.
STEP 2: Client Signup
You will go through our sign up process to become a client which will require you to sign a contract, provide us with your identity credentials, and continuous access to all 3 of your credit reports and scores from one of the required online credit monitoring services.
STEP 3: Audit
We will do a full credit analysis/audit, this process will consist of breaking down your credit reports identifying the key performance indicators (key factors) of your credit reports. We will identify any inconsistent reporting between the 3 major credit reporting agencies. You will be asked to confirm any incorrect information reporting.
STEP 4: Validation & Disputing
Once all incorrect and inconsistent information is identified and confirmed we will start the validation and disputing process on your behalf to have any erroneous information that may be negatively impacting your credit profile corrected, updated, or removed.
STEP 5: Personal Continuous Improvement Plan
While we work on validating and disputing for you we will also work with you to build a personal continuous improvement plan, this will consist of prioritizing your current bills, budgeting, ways to better manage your finances, and save money.
STEP 6: Credit Building
We will advise and educate you on the steps to establishing new credit, the key factors to build and maintain good credit, and why it's important.
Client Tracking Portal
Once the disputing process has started we give our clients access to a personal client tracking portal where they will be able to see the work that is being done for them, clients will also be able to send and receive messages from us at KPI Credit Service within the portal.
